GENERAL COURSE, FEE, AND ATTENDANCE POLICY
Official Administrative Directive: This document establishes the binding regulatory framework governing enrollment financial terms, structural attendance requirements, and official documentation timelines for all academic cohorts at the British School of Orvieto.
1. Mandatory Fee Payment
All course fees, registration components, and associated resource charges must be paid in full at the beginning of the course and a receipt is issued if requested. Academic enrollment and workshop access are strictly conditional upon receipt of full payment.
Students will not be admitted to initial lectures without verified clear accounts.
2. Attendance Tracking and Automatic Absence
Consistent structural presence is critical to academic progress. If a student cannot attend a scheduled class for any reason, they are automatically marked as absent. The institution operates under a strict no-makeup schedule policy; individual missed classes cannot be re-allocated, substituted, or structurally caught up via faculty hours.
3. No-Refund Directive
The school strictly operates a no-refund policy. Once a term or course pathway has commenced and financial settlement has been completed, no full, partial, or pro-rated refunds will be granted under any circumstances,
including voluntary student withdrawal, unexpected professional re-allocations, or routine missed classes.
4. Post-Course Invoicing and Academic Examinations
Official financial invoices and certified institutional billing statements are systematically generated and issued at the structural end of the course. Invoices will only be formally rendered after the complete conclusion and evaluation of all relevant course examinations and corresponding proficiency assessments due to additional costs which maybe incurred during the course, for course materials, extra course hours, exam costs, additional other costs regarding University applications, Open day visits and Consultations for students transitioning to advanced education and any translations of documents required by students.
